WhatsApp us with a picture or video of your washer or dryer, state the problem
We will diagnose the issue and inform you of the pricing for repair
Once agreed of the price, we will send our experienced technician to your location at a stipulated time
Upon completion of repair, we will issue you an invoice and warranty for the work done.
Please note that a non-negotiable transport and diagnostic fee of SGD 40–60 will be charged for all service visits—regardless of whether the washing machine is repairable or not.
This fee covers the technician’s time, effort, and travel for performing a professional assessment on-site. It is a standard part of our service policy and is strictly applicable in cases where:
The machine is deemed beyond repair
The customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
