What we collect
- Your name, phone number, address or postal code, and preferred appointment time.
- Information about your appliance – brand, model, photos and videos you send us on WhatsApp.
- Payment records and invoices for jobs completed.
- Basic, anonymous website analytics (if enabled) such as pages visited and device type.
Why we collect it
To diagnose and quote your repair, schedule and carry out the visit, issue invoices and honour warranties, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Who we share it with
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their terms. Our technicians receive the details needed to complete your job. We may use Google services (Maps, Analytics) on this website. We do not share your data with marketers.
How long we keep it
Job records and invoices are kept for as long as needed for warranty and accounting purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your chat history and details at any time after your warranty period.
Your rights (PDPA)
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us at the details above. We will respond within a reasonable time.
